The One Market Street Center offers spectacular views of San Francisco Bay and the city skyline from the 36th floor of the Spear Tower. This 42-story landmark skyscraper at the waterfront end of Market Street is a prominent address in the city's financial district. It boasts redesigned interiors by Cesar Pelli, including white marble lobbies and cherrywood elevator lobbies with brushed steel. The Executive Lounge area overlooks the Ferry Building, with its shops and gourmet marketplace, and the Bay Bridge, which connects the Peninsular with Marin County and East Bay. The building is home to one of the city's top restaurants. Banking and public administration may employ the most people, but around 80 per cent of San Francisco's businesses have 10 or less people working for them, which shows the city's still an incubator for new companies.
